Report an error

If a price, preparation note, turnaround, or availability detail looks wrong, include the page URL and, if you have it, the corrected value and where it came from. Corrections are checked against source data before a page is updated.

Partnership enquiries

Laboratories and testing partners who would like their self-pay catalog considered for listing can write to us with a contact name and a link to the current price list. Inclusion is based on the data being verifiable, not on payment.

Response times

We are a small editorial team, so please allow a few business days for a reply. Messages that include a specific URL and a clear description are the quickest to act on, because they can be checked directly against the catalog.

What we cannot help with

We cannot order tests for you, book your appointment, interpret your results, or provide medical advice. We also cannot access a result held by a laboratory; those are released only through the performing laboratory's own portal. If you have a health concern, contact a licensed clinician. If you believe you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
